The Challenge

The programme required coordination across multiple vendors, strict school-calendar deadlines, low-bandwidth infrastructure, and offline requirements. Any misalignment in processes or delivery risked missing immovable rollout windows, damaging government relationships, and delaying education access for students.

Approach & decisions

  • Designed and implemented Snapplify's complete deployment framework from the ground up, including device provisioning processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and school support workflows
  • Served as primary liaison between government stakeholders, hardware/service providers, and internal teams, managing escalations, resource conflicts, and deadline risks
  • Created structured escalation paths and field-support playbooks to enable rapid on-site issue resolution
  • Continuously iterated processes based on real-world feedback from schools and deployment teams
  • Ensured seamless integration of software with hardware layers across vendors

Results
