An approval-led release workflow where AI-supported recommendations and actions remain bounded by evidence, accountability, and human authority.
The problem
AI-assisted readiness analysis needed clear evidence and accountable deployment decisions.
My contribution
Designed approval-led release controls and retained final go/no-go authority.
The outcome
Made test evidence, approvals, rollback plans, and human accountability visible before release.
The Challenge
AI can speed up readiness analysis, but regulated release decisions cannot become opaque or autonomous. Recommendations needed to remain traceable to evidence, and responsibility for deployment decisions needed to stay explicit.
